With over a decade of professional experience across enterprise technology consulting and operations, Karan has built a career helping organisations implement complex business solutions. Since joining Avature in 2017, he has partnered with global clients to deliver end-to-end HR technology implementations, combining business analysis, solution design, and project management. His earlier experience at Telstra strengthened his expertise in operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivering outcomes in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
